At Mellow Melon, we want your order to arrive safely and with no surprises. Here’s what you need to know about shipping costs, dispatch and delivery.

UK shipping

Greeting cards

UK greeting-card shipping is £2.99 per order, not per card. Greeting cards are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

Canvas prints

UK canvas shipping is £4.99 per order, not per canvas. Our canvas prints are made to order and currently ship to UK addresses only.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Production time is additional and may vary.

Mugs, posters and other gifts

Shipping charges and delivery options vary depending on the product. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International shipping

We offer international shipping on selected products and to selected destinations. Canvas prints are currently available for UK delivery only.

For other products, shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, product and fulfilment partner. Where shipping is available, the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and dispatch

Our products are made to order through our trusted fulfilment partners, including Prodigi and Printful.

Greeting cards are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Dispatch times for canvas prints and other products may vary. During busy periods, including holidays, production and delivery may take longer.

Dispatch time is the time needed to prepare your order before shipping. It does not include the time your parcel spends in transit.

Orders containing different products

Greeting cards and canvases may be dispatched separately. Other orders containing different product types may also be produced and shipped separately.

You may receive more than one parcel, and parcels may arrive on different days.

When you order products from different shipping profiles, the applicable shipping charges may be combined at checkout. Your total shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery delays

We do our best to ensure orders arrive promptly, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Postal delays, customs processing and busy seasonal periods may affect delivery times.
